This was long overdue, but I finally edited the video of the first chapter of the Climate Heroes photo project in Sumatra from last year!
If you liked what I described about the preparation and the Behind the Scenes post I made last summer (Part I, Part II, Part III and logistical aspects) when I was working in Sumatra, you’ll love this! Here you can see for yourself more of the work we did with my friend Rama out there in the Mountains of the Bukit Barisan Selatan National Park, south of Sumatra in Indonesia, with sounds and pictures.
As you may have seen on the Climate Heroes website, I am editing the webdocumentaries of each chapter, including the Samso, Denmark chapter here. And the first chapter with former illegal loggers who decided to move away from illegal deforestation, is below. I hope you like it!
What do you think of it? Is it inspiring to you? How would you like to share it to spread the good word? I look forward to your comments!
*** Also I’d love to year YOUR ideas of what could be a good story to share. If you know people who are real Climate Heroes, please share their stories below!
Do you think they would be perfect to be included in the project? You can get in touch to submit their profile to the project, by contacting me on the project website (www.theclimateheroes.org) ! ***
